Leeching isn't a jailable offense dingus. I have no idea where you assume that leeching could lead to possible prosecution, hell I don't know any JUDGE who would take a case about leeching. So less QQ. Get over it. He leeches. We know. So you aren't bringing anything up new or important. If you harass or flame another member again you will be banned for 7 days for harassment, if you continue the harassment you will be perma banned, and if you manage to get past the permaban, you will be permabanned again and I will personally contact your ISP and have them block you from this site.

This goes to everyone who has/is/or will be banned. If you manage to bypass the Ban I will contact your ISP.

Again it boils down to legality. If you sue someone over leeching, I highly doubt that for one, you could get an attorney who would help you, or three get a judge to listen to your case as you would loose as with hacking you are breaking the TERMS AND CONDITIONS of the Game you are hacking. So its a loose loose for both parties.
