A simple no menu hack that has the following:

Super Jump [on-off] (hotkey: F5)
Run 5x Fast [on-off] (hotkey: F6)
Unlim Ammo [on-off] (hotkey: F7)
No Delay [on-off] (hotkey: F8)
Simple Wall Hack -No Chams- [on-off] (hotkey: F9)
No Fall Damage [Always on]

Windows 7/Vista -Working!

Might has issues with Windows XP. Make sure you have SP3 and frame work 3.5+ installed!

What does the NO delay do?

I dont uderstand. In your virus scan nod32 doesn't detect it but in my PC, even with NOD32 turned off it works --'
