Hmm, I'm a undead male and I skinn myself to a undead female, the following .mpq files I got is patch-4 and patch-5 to make this happen, how should I then do this ?

Reading is might, mates.

Your wowme.cfg has to be stored in the wow root folder. Every other wowme had its cfg located in the data folder.
