That is because those models are out of date, they were posted during TBC probably since it says 08.
I would like to know how to get my hands on the actual race to race mpq file..
Ive downloaded 3.2 wow ME, and warcraft library but i simply cannot understand how to create one.
My bloodelftohuman.mpq in the data folder does nothing.

m8 i think that you must rename it to patch-{blabla}.mpq to work. Try this, think it will work
