I can't get this to work... I have wowme 3.1.3 and wow to 3.1.3, but when I go to the troll orc and, night elves, I don't get the forest troll, arthas or the night elf to blood elf. Instead they show up as the normal races not the mod. (example: I go to the troll and it does not show up as a forest troll, just a normal jungle troll.(here is what i did:
Downloaded WoWME3.1.3.
Extracted it from .rar.
Put wowme .exe in wow folder
Downloaded the files from this page.
put the files (patch-3.MPQ and patch-5.MPQ) in the data folder.
Used WoWME.exe
pressed f8 before typing in info.
went to character creation and found that the troll stayed exactly the same as what a regular troll looks like.
Please tell me what I did wrong, I really want to use these mods.
Since it is 3.1.3, it should not need a .cfg file.

From what ive read you have done nothing wrong but i do know the issue, the MPQ's are most likely outdated.

im new to this model changing thing and this site, how do you do this, do i download it and then stick it into my data folder, or a folder inside my data folder, which folder? and can you email the Forest troll link to me
